We founded ArtMart to work closely with artists to ensure their work is treated with the care it deserves, and to offer that same high quality standard to our customers. Our store policies are detailed below, please have a look and contact us if you want to learn more!

SHIPPING POLICY

How It Works

Please allow one or two weeks for shipment. We try to ship sooner, but we do need time for the process (to set up your print, dry and cure the product, then carefully package, label and ship).

OUR RETURN POLICY

Everything You Need to Know

Our prints are created one at a time, by hand, just for you. Therefore, we have a no returns, no refund policy on orders already shipped.

If you cancel an order prior to printing we will refund 100% of the order amount. If the order has been printed, but has not yet shipped, there is a 40% fee on order cancellations (you will be refunded 60% of the order amount). Orders may not be canceled once shipped. We do not accept partial order cancellations.

If there are issues with print quality, you must contact us at prints@ArtMartATX.com within 30 days of your order date. Please include pictures showing the issue. We will be happy to discuss any problems and we want to make things right. Please note that some seeming flaws may be part of the original artwork. We check each print before shipping, and we package prints carefully. However if there is a printing defect we will replace the print.

We may require that you return defective product to us in order to be refunded, and if so, we will pay the shipping.

We are not responsible for customer ordering errors. Please review your orders carefully before finalizing. Double-check sizes and margins! If your product is damaged in shipping, please retain all shipping materials, photograph the damage as well as the shipping materials and labels, and email that information to us at prints@ArtMartATX.com so we can initiate a claim with the carrier. We will work with you and will refund or replace the damaged items. At our discretion, we may require that you return the damaged product to us so be sure to keep it, along with shipping materials.

Your Data is Secure

We will NOT share your contact information with any third parties for purposes of marketing or solicitation. We may contact you for purposes of order fulfillment. We will not download or store your information except as required by law. We respect your privacy and appreciate your time.
